Monday's Meal

Crunchy jacket potato with spinach & mushroom cream, oven baked potato laced with creamy butter and topped with a delightful combination of fried mushrooms, onions and spinach with a creamy sauce made with creme fraiche garlic and English mustard served with roasted balsamic and thyme tomatoes.

Tuesday's Meal

Edamame & veggie stir-fry, edamame beans stir fried with a selection of oriental vegetables in a honey, garlic, ginger, Teriyaki and soy sauce.

Wednesday's Meal

Vegetable fajitas, sliced bell peppers, red onions, courgettes and mushrooms spiced with garlic and fajita seasoning wrapped in a tortilla wrap with a tomato salsa, with red onions, cucumbers and tomatoes flavoured with chilli and fresh coriander. The veggie fajitas are served with a salad of lettuce, avocado and lime and chipotle cream.

Thursday's Meal

Warm pasta served with broad beans,  tomatoes, feta, and olives. This delicious pasta dish is lightly coated with a rosemary and garlic dressing. Serve with crusty bread or some slices of garlic bread

Friday's Meal

A crisp puff pastry base topped with pureed leek flavoured with rosemary, cubes of brie and roasted butternut squash, the tart is served with a green salad coated in honey and balsamic dressing
