Homecooked meals during a busy week are a treat, cooking and freezing great meals can make this possible.

Monday's Meal

Chianti baked lentil meatballs, green lentils, onions and olives, formed into veggie meatballs. The meat balls are flavoured with garlic, paprika, chilli, chopped parsley and grated parmesan and baked in the oven with tomatoes red wine and basil. The veggie balls are served with spaghetti and garlic bread.

Tuesday's Meal

Thai vegetable curry, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, spring onions and mushrooms in a rich creamy coconut sauce flavoured with green peppercorns, coriander, chilli, garlic, ginger, cumin, basil, lemon and lime served with lemon, ginger and soy sauce rice. 

Wednesday's Meal

Bean and vegetable stew, cannellini beans, cauliflower, courgettes, green beans, tomatoes and peas flavoured with garlic and french herbs. This tasty veggie stew is served with cheese dumplings and Jacket potatoes. 

Thursday's Meal 

A delicious pasta bake with penne pasta, mushrooms, leeks, and creamy crème fraiche sauce flavoured with herbs and garlic, layered with creamy mozzarella cheese and parmesan, served with a fresh green salad and some cherry tomatoes.

Friday's Meal

An irresistible mushrooms and lentil burger, flavoured with Italian herbs and garlic, served in a crusty roll with lettuce tomato and topped with tomato sauce and fried onions. This chunky veggie burger is served with parmesan courgette chips.
