or rib eye. Cut the steak into strips, crush the garlic, and finely chop the
onions. Fry the onions in butter till soft, add the crushed garlic, sliced
mushrooms and cook till golden brown set a side. Add the beef steak strips to
the pan, fry till just seared and coloured, then add the brandy boiling off the
alcohol, add the paprika. Return the mushrooms to the pan and add the sour
cream and lemon juice. Add the chopped parsley and cook for a minute or two.
