Our Vietnamese chicken goujons are marinated in fish sauce, garlic, white wine and brown sugar and then coated in a light batter made with flour, water, baking powder and seasoning, and lightly fry till golden brown. The crispy battered goujons are served on a bed of sliced red peppers, carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, spring onions add the cashew nuts, spinach leaves and fresh herbs. Dressed the salad with fresh chilli, ginger, lime and soy sauce.
