How to make maple pork and apples with onion rice

This pork fillet recipe is one we found on the BBC food website and just had to try. The recipe uses fillet of pork and sliced apple gently poached in a sauce of maple syrup, white wine vinegar, garlic and mustard. The pork is served on a bed of white rice and fried onions. We loved this recipe and didn't tweak it at all!
